Prescriptions
It is not necessary to make an appoinment for most repeat prescriptions. You can request a repeat prescription by one of the 4 methods below:
- Using your paper request slip (attached to the Right side of your prescription) by handing it in to reception in person.
- Online using this online form.
- By fax to us on 0845 299 1314
- By post to the practice address
When will my prescription be ready?
Repeat prescriptions take a minimum of 2 working days to prepare. However if there is a query about your request, it may take longer than this. You may therefore prefer to wait 3 days before collecting your prescription. Please note that any requests received after 3pm will not be processed until the following day.
This is the schedule of when you should be able to collect your prescription if there is not a query about it.
