All consultations are by appointment and can be booked in person at the surgery over the telephone, or online.
A number of appointment slots are offered ranging from book on the day and up to four weeks in advance. Advanced slots are taken very quickly but we do offer extended hours. Please see our opening times for details.
We also operate a telephone triage service where a doctor will call you back to discuss your problem.
When making your appointment you may find that the receptionist will ask you for a brief reason for your appointment. This is so that your appointment is booked appropriately. Some conditions or problems need longer than others and some conditions or problems are dealt with by specific clinicians. You can give 'personal' as your appointment reason but please bear in mind that we ask for a reason to help you get the best care from your clinician. All staff including receptionists are bound by a duty of confidentiality towards all of our patients.
In a number of cases it might be worth considering an appointment with a Nurse Practitioner rather than a doctor. Nurse Practitioners are qualified to deal with many ailments and you may be seen more quickly.
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else. Please phone us on 020 7359 0445 or email " email@example.com to cancel.
****PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE ANY OTHER MESSAGES ONLY CANCELLATION!!****
