Don’t wait on the phone, submit an electronic consultation right now*
Instead of calling the practice to ask for an appointment, you can submit your request as an electronic consultation. Your request will be appropriately triaged the same way a phone call would be and you will be contacted once that has been done.
Note that option is not for urgent requests, but it can also be used for admin and clinical requests, medication reviews and general queries.
*Please note that we are currently only accepting eConsultations submitted between 6:30 and 10:30 on working days.
How our appointments work
All consultations are by appointment and can be booked in person at the surgery, over the telephone, or online.
You can ask for a face to face appointment or a telephone appointment with our doctors. You can also contact us on line by submitting an electronic consultation between the hours of 06:30 to 10.30 – Monday to Friday.
Appointment reasons
When making your appointment you may find that the receptionist will ask you for a brief reason for your appointment. This is so that your appointment is booked appropriately. Some conditions or problems need longer than others and some conditions or problems are dealt with by specific clinicians. You can give ‘personal’ as your appointment reason but please bear in mind that we ask for a reason to help you get the best care from your clinician. All staff including receptionists are bound by a duty of confidentiality towards all of our patients.
Remember you must request for British Signing language or Interpreters service as well when booking an appointment if needed during your consultation with the doctor or nurse.
Cancellations
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else. Please phone us on 020 7359 0445 or email [email protected] to cancel.
Please do not leave any other messages. Cancellations only.
