Please read this carefully before making your appointment. You can book routine GP and general nursing appointments online. When booking an appointment please give the reason for the appointment.

Women’s Health issues including contraception
Ad hoc injection – B12/Zoladex/Depo
NHS Health Check for 40-74 year old with no pre-existing chronic conditions
The following can be booked with a practice nurse but must be booked with reception and not online
Spirometry

Diabetic monitoring
Smoking advice
Travel Vaccinations
Services listed below must be booked with a nurse not with a GP:

Cervical Smears (unless you have been specifically told to book a GP)
Non-urgent advice: Specialist Clinics
Specialist clinics such as CHD, spirometry, COPD, diabetes and travel vaccinations cannot be booked on the internet as these require a double appointment, book only with the receptionist.
Antenatal clinics are now bookable under Dr Antenatal – these are for routine, not first time appointments. Please do not try to book double appointments: should you require a double appointment please call the surgery to book. When booking an appointment please include your telephone number in the REASON field. Please do not book appointments that can be dealt with by using the Minor Ailments Scheme.
